Refund policy

If for any reason Client cancels this contract before the event date, The Event Luxe will keep the deposit due to loss of business to hold specific dates. If Client fails to supply written cancellation as specified before the event date or cancels within 7 days of the event date, Client shall be required to pay the full balance due.
