Refund policy

If for any reason Client cancels this contract before the event date, The Event Luxe will keep the deposit due to loss of business to hold specific dates, and time invested in consultations. Client is responsible to let Service Provider of any changes if any. If The Event luxe cannot fulfill the contract due to circumstances beyond their control, the deposit will be refunded in full. Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, the Client must notify The Event Luxe as soon as possible. The Event Luxe will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date.
